1. You are entitled to cancel your order if you so wish provided that you exercise your right within 14 days of receiving your order. Order cancellation requests to be made in writing via email through the Contact Us form at our site. Once we receive an order cancellation request we will forward returns information / instructions to you. Once an order has been cancelled we require goods to be returned to us within 14 working days.
2. Items must be returned unused, with authentic labels, user instructions, warranty leaflet and other hangtags and wrappings, and in original packaging. If goods returned are not in a re-sellable condition, we will not accept your return.
3. We will process your return after the goods are received by us and make the refund to the original payment method within 14 working days of receipt. The costs of postage or delivery for returns are the customer’s responsibility and the cost of return postage cannot be included in the refund (unless the goods are faulty).
These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights under UK law.
